* Land run by Spry Island is independently owned from Linden Labs. This means you will NOT be required a “premium” membership account in Second Life to own land with us.
"Commercial Land"

* Our main goal at Spry Island Estates is to provide the merchants of secondlife with the best possible means to excell in there business ventures.
* As a merchant You get full control over your land, This is done so you can market your products through various about land options such as listing your store in places, setting your store name in about land and using spacific keywords to better generate customers to your store.
* Although you pay 1L to purchase the land you are not actually buying the land. This is done to simplify the process and allow you as the merchant to be able to set the land to the group of your choosing, and set up your shop instantly without having to wait on a estate owner or manager to send you group tags.
* Shops are provided on each commercial property. If you wish to use your own shop it must first be aproved by either Amun Miles, or one of the Estate managers.
* If you wish to change the texture a shop provided by the estate please IM Amun Miles and he will give you the rights needed to be able to do so.
* Rental boxes are located in designated areas and must be paid immediatly after purchasing the land through about land. Failure to do so will result in the land being reclaimed.
"Pricing"

1024 sqm. = 1800L/month ( 257prim, minus the shop)
2048 sqm. = 3600L/month ( 514prim, minus the shop)
4096 sqm. = 7200L/month ( 1031prim, minus the shop)
*The reason we require payments be made in monthy cycles is to give you the merchant adequate time to determine if our sim is suited for your business.
* It is also cheaper to pay monthly as some months have 5 weeks. That's saving you the merchant between 450L and 1800L a month.
