There are just a small number of vacancies in this stunning sim...just 12 parcels in the whole sim...beautifully arranged to take advantage of the protected waterway which meanders through the centre. Most of the parcels have Castles or Fortresses on them and many have waterside gardens.
Parcels range from approximately 2560 sqm to 6144 sqm; however Ed is very flexible and will accommodate your land and prim requirements where possible. He may even allow you to place your own build if it suits the sim. Prim allowances from 400 upwards in addition to the build prims.
Ed is also happy to accommodate a large mega yacht when possible.
