Each shop is surrounding the landing point here at Southern Charmed, which has a daily steady traffic flow already.
We currently have several shops available to rent at a reasonable weekly rate with a generous prim allowance.
There are a variety of shops and carts already rented. Clothes, gowns, dresses, flowers, sculpted candles, furniture, landscaping plants and flowers, bridal bouquets, yard decorations, and more.

We cover all advertising costs and will be holding events to help with the traffic flow . I currently have several ad boards placed all over several different sims and will update those to include your shops name.

Once you've paid your rent, just look up the group Southern Charmed, join (it's free) and wear your group tag to start placing your items.
No bots/no camping
so the traffic we have is genuine traffic
When you rent a shop from us, then bring in someone new to rent, you will get one week free rent (You bring in 2 new renters and you get 2 weeks free rent added to your initial rental, and so on.)
In other words, you rent a shop, then you bring in someone else to rent a shop, once rented, have them IM me with your name, and I'll add the free week to your rental box.
