In Nolidae, Pavonia, and Tarfang you can rent a plot for 30L$ per day. Minimum payment one day, maximum 150 days. Alternatively, if you donate 512 tier to Masala Hot Properties you can rent for free. To view plots join Masala Hot Properties (free) and click on Land & L$. Most plots that mention renting in the title are still available. If you rent for L$ just pay the Hippo Rental Box. If you rent for tier, donate the tier then IM Mercia McMahon with the co-ordinates of your chosen plot. She will reset the rental box to you. This is because the rental boxes manage the doors, once you have paid the box or had it set to you only you, Mercia McMahon, and up to 20 friends you add can open the front or back doors. You will be given extensive rights to edit terrain set access lists etc. You can request to have the supplied house removed.
