Rentals also include a free season pass to Heck Cinemas (our brand new movie theatre, with features changed every week; individual movies there are L$50 for non-group members), so membership has its privileges!
XL Stalls: L$100/week for 40 prims next to Heck Cinemas in the underground level (1 available). Deep stall, high ceiling!
Medium Stalls: L$25/week for 20 prims. 10 new spaces just opened in our basement level, with nearby access to our monorail, open air boardwalk atmosphere and close proximity to Heck Cinemas!
Small Stalls: Just L$15/week for 10 prims! 6 spaces available on our basement promenade, near 2 different main level entrance ramps, the Heck Arms apartments and 2 monorail stops!
IM Lexa Pro BEFORE renting to discuss the nature of your shop (and mention the SL forums for a surprise if you rent from us)! We are very inexpensive, but we are slightly on the exclusive side, preferring not to deal with in-a-box vendors and things of that nature. If you make original content or present existing content in a compelling, original way, we'll be happy to take good care of you, though.
