The island is pre-designed for residential, all objects included (trees, plants, waterfalls, etc).
Price & payment is negotiable upon discussion and agreement.
Land tier of $295 US, is due around the 5th of the month.
Please send a notecard along with a note, with your offer. All reasonable offers will be considered. For example: $100.00 is 10% of the price full sim purchased LL. 10% is not a reasonable offer.
