The Masocado Hotel is located on the eastern shore of the Nautilus continent. Our Mature rated sim has direct access to dozens of Linden Ocean regions and the Blake Sea, providing you with some of the best sailing opportunities in Second Life.

We offer spacious two story condominium apartments in a modern, beautifully styled high rise building designed by Avion Raymaker. $L750 per week, 300 prims. For those wishing more privacy and space, we also have a detached beach bungalow and a houseboat hideaway for rent.

Amenities include a small private club, a beach area, free jet skis, a skydive launcher, and a rooftop pool. In addition, there is couples dancing enabled throughout the sim. We now have ATM machines for XStreetSL, Slapt.me, and Moneyslex in the lobby.

Special arrangements can be made for those wishing to keep their boat rezzed in our marina.
