Runningbear on the Beach Mall and Club has been recently rebuilt and has grown from its original 1/8 sim to 1/4 sim. Our traffic is real traffic; no bots and no camping.Each shop is uniquely designed and decorated (textures can be modified to 'fit' your tastes). All shops are within cam distance of the dance floor... you have to see it to believe it.
There are large shops and larger shops. The large shops are 16x20x12 with 50 prim for $200/week. The larger shops are 16x30x12 at 80 prim for $400/week. Extra prims may be available at $4L/each. Management is also considering the possibility of a sales split, versus straight rent.
