Before you read on you need to know my name is Dark Undertone - I purchased 2 lots from Wonderland Porto Azul #14 and Porto Azul #11 both of which Wonderland have taken back (i.e. STOLEN) - without any compensation.
I added a descrition under the "ABOUT" tab on my land and erected signs on my land with the same wording. The signs fully complied with the Wonderland building Covenant however Wonderland accused my of "defaming them" - NOT TRUE a statement of how I feel “ripped off” is not defamation and neither is a statement of fact “refused to allow me to sub-let like my neighbours because I complained”
The wording on the "ABOUT" Tab and the signs was -
"Porto Azul #14
I own it
I feel ripped off by Wonderland
Wonderland changed the Covenant after my L$ purchase, and
refused to allow me to sub-let like my neighbours because I complained."
The Signs also included the following additional wording -
"Contact Dark Undertone
or
Join the Wonderland Residents Association"
I was a member of the Wonderland Community Group so I notified all other Members of the above.
Wonderland have taken back (STOLEN) my land -without any compensation, banned me from all Wonderland Estates, removed me from the Wonderland Community.
BUT it gets better - the Wonderland Estate Manager told me that the person listed as the owner of Wonderland Estates a Erika Maertens was in fact an alt of Nina Raymond. Indeed the Wonderland Estate Manager forwarded my IM complaining about the new Covenant to Nina Raymond.
The Wonderland Estate Manager has muted me.
Nina Raymond refuses to confirm or deny if she and Erika Maertens are the same person. Given the statement by the Wonderland Estate Manager that Erika Maertens was in fact an alt of Nina Raymond I kept asking for a simple answer to this question. Nina Raymond' response was to mute me.
Nina Raymond owns Ars Vivendi a PreFabs and Furniture outlet at Plush Enigma (77,148,22). As at the time of typing this post the Ars Vivendi store has a displays both outside and inside for Wonderland Estates. It would appear that there is certainly a connection between Nina Raymond and Wonderland.
Erika Maertens (who ever they really are) refuses to discuss any way to settle this in-world either face to face, via IM or notecard and says she will only communicate via RL email on the advice of a lawyer.
Wonderland will not attempt to address this issue or discuss it with me in world - is it right that someone can take an asset worth over US$100 and then refuse to even discuss it in an effort to resolve the dispute?
