Come celebrate the holidays by renting a Christmas Cottage for only L$325 per week. On my part, this was primarily a labor of love. I took a parcel in Icewater sim and decked it up for the holidays with little, unfurnished Christmas Cottages and a whole bunch of holiday cheer.
It's ALWAYS snowing in this little rental community, and if you step off your cottage's lot (so you can add your own music and media within your cottage), Christmas music plays 24/7. Each rental box is textured like a Christmas present, with the renter's name floating above in the renter's choice of red, white, or green text.
As mentioned above, the rental fee is L$325 per week, and with that you get a cottage, 100 prims to furnish your cottage, and the ability (and encouragement) to decorate as you like. Santa Clause will make several visits (one on Christmas Eve), and there will often be Christmas carolers singing in the town square!
