Send your bid in a note card to Luc Pomeray with your NAME and your BID in $L.
High bid at the end of each day will be shown on the front page of my profile daily by 7PM SLT in $L -If you wish to raise your bid, you may submit a NEW notecard with your new bid.
Bidding will close at midnight, October 12th- winning bidder will be contacted on October 13th. If winning bidder is unable to pay bid within 48 hours, next highest bidder will be contacted.

Paradise Ballroom building including back patio- TRANSFER/MOD ONLY
All furniture items inside Ballroom, including, banquettes, bar, bandstand, signage
Paradise Ballroom group- over 630 members as of 9.27.07
NOT INCLUDED:
****LAND- you must have your own land to accomodate the club
***RENOVATIONS- you are free to make any changes AFTER purchase to suit your property, needs, taste- but you are responsible for that.
**Dance balls, seating balls, bar equipment, landscaping, pianos, other music instruments NOT included but are negotiable after purchase of Ballroom.
