We have shops for rent only minimum one week right next to TP point.
We do concerts every Sunday right next to the shops. We also do have a club on the back part of the sim. This weekend we will be doing concerts on Saturday and Sunday. These are classy shops! You can put up your texture and you will be given an ad board opposite your shop to inform shoppers you are there. We are a friendly sim and a family atmosphere.
