I've had some requests from people not needing alot of prims, but lower rent...so I've decided to give this a try. I've lowered prim counts and rent on a few of our shops, and still left some the same. So you have your choice. Inside of the shops can be retextured to your liking, just contact me with your request and I'll retexture it for you.

Each shop is surrounding the landing point here at Southern Charmed, which has a daily steady traffic flow already.
Southern Charmed is a southern plantation style build that plays host to my personal shop on the main floor. I have bridal bouquets, wedding arrangements, flowers, candles, balloons, and soon to be adding more. My Garden area has all kinds of landscaping plants and trees available.
We currently have several shops available to rent at a reasonable weekly rate with a generous prim allowance.
There are a variety of shops and carts already rented. Clothes, gowns, dresses, flowers, sculpted candles, furniture, landscaping plants and flowers, bridal bouquets, yard decorations, and more.

We cover all advertising costs and will be holding events to help with the traffic flow . I currently have several ad boards placed all over several different sims and will update those to include your shops name and am participating in several scavenger hunts over the next couple of weeks.
