Dee is a private sim and currently we have 6 furniture/decorative venders, Oh!, Witchy Woman Designs, Bygone Days, Antiki-Taki, Antique Artisty, and Silver's Store of Passion. Also, one garden center/card shop. We have developed a quant, atmospheric, shopping center and are seeking to rent out our stores to furniture/deco venders only. This way, if someone visits one store and doesn't find what they are looking for, then they have other stores of the same genre.
This type of business practice works with the fashion trade so it is our intention to do what the fashion industry has been doing for a long time. The shops are going to fill fast, so if you think you might be interested, stop by and take a look. Space is limited.
Our rates are extremely reasonable with generous prim allowance allowing for the best possible display effect of your creations.
They are for shops :-
100 prims @ $L400 per week
200 prims @ $L 750 per week
We would be willing to accommodate lesser prim allowances, items would be displayed on carts or perhaps if enough are interested, within one large shop that would be partitioned accordingly.
75 prims @ $L 300 per week
50 prims @ $L250 per week
If someone needs more prims then the above, we also have 4 plots we are willing to rent out as long as the building fits the design of the current village. You can either provide your own or we can drop one as we have a large variety of shops. The shops we are using are the Barnesworth Anubis Cote d'Azur.
