I Am Looking For A 1/4 Sim Commercial Land For My Existing Club. With A Guarantee There Will Be No Other Clubs Allowed On The Same Sim That Will Cause More Lag. Currently I Am On A Sim That Rented Out The Other 3/4 Parcels With Three Other Clubs. I Am Paying Less Than 6300 A Week With 3750 Prims On Estate Property.
