We are openly seeking pratically any type of art, furniture, clothing, club/house items.. You name it, we'll likely take it!
What you get:
~Up to 30 meters & 50 Prims* of totally FREE** space! Rez unboxed items here, or place boxes with your goodies in them. You can sell your stuff for your normal price, or any discounted price you'd like! If we like your items enough, I'll offer you additional space - possibly even on the first floor! It's like renting a shop, but without paying one single Linden**! Choose whichever side you'd like***!
~Stay for any amount of time - One minute, to a whole month!
~Free trial expires after 7 days. After that, it's only 50L a week for the next three weeks! 50L!? You can't beat it! (Additional weeks can be discussed)
~No stores! No windows, no walls! It's right on the main pathway! No annoying rental boxes either! Agreements will be kept on forums, IMs and/or Notecards. (Hence, your items will need to be situated properly)
~Must be YOUR items!! Otherwise, I'll require an IM from the creator just to be sure it's valid & legal!
What we ask:
~That you place a Landmark to our Lounge someplace in your shop - We'll provide Landmark, along with a nice logo to use. Not required, but we'd love if you did!
~We'd like for you to also sponsor an event or two. It doesn't have to be anything too fancy. Just host an event with us where an item or so of yours will be 'won'. Earn free rent!
~It would also be nice if you were around at least once every few days in case you were needed to move your items for a reason, or in case an issue comes up.
~We also reserve the right to return any object for any reason, especially if it's a lag-causing object. We are all about fun, so your items must allow us that! =) Please ensure that all objects placed have Transfer rights! Otherwise returned objects are more likely to be lost. Refunds will be sent if we Return all objects.
~And, of course, we reserve the right to add to this..

* = Need more prims? Just ask!
** = Space is approximatly 30 meters wide, by 8 meters high. Earn additional free time by hosting more sponsored events! Every three Sponsored events gains a full 7 days of free rent! Can't do that with a renters box!
*** = One side is Reserved for Lounge-use only, and can also be used to store your Commission-based Vendors if you do not wish to rent a space. Commission must be at least 20%.
