I have been recently very busy with my other SL ventures and work and unable to manage my real estate business which has been growing at a very large scale. MY last set of Openspace sims (3 Sims) are too much of a hassle work for me which is why i have decided to sell them.
I am offering 3 sims for 350 USD/each and I will pay the Transfer fee for it.
THe sims are currently in Openspace but when we file the ticket, they can be recoverted to full prim sims free of charge for the buyer.
I will sell the 3 sims pack as a whole for 1050 USD. The tier date is around 10th till the 18th.
I can also sell one sim at a time but the price will be higher. The price per sim individually sold will be 450 If bought seperatly.
