- Region name
- Current number of residents and payment structures (e.g. how many rent, own and how much does each pay and when?)
- Tier date
- How soon you want to sell
- What your asking price is.
NOTE: Please do not write something like, "negotiable" on price. Give me a price you want for it and we can go from there.
- Any comments you have on the land. Example -- many estate owners are concerned that the people who either rent or own the land on the region will not see that land reclaimed. We will not reclaim the land with those who want to stay and will work with the current tenants/landowners to make sure thy are comfortable with the transfer.
