This plot will support 690 of your prims if you use the home on it and rents for L$1975 a week. To rent the home simply purchase the land for L$1975, this pays rent for the first week. You do not need to be a premium member to do this and this negates the need to use a group slow or hang around waiting for a group invite.
As this is a rental agreement only you cannot resell the land.
The plot can be used for commercial or residential use but absolutely NO CLUBS!
If you would rather use another home or building of your home that's fine, without a building the plot supports 940 prims.
