I have a few exclusive spaces available in the Scenic Hills sim which has been completely rebuilt and revitalized. This sim was once the home of Sandy Clymer and Pillowtalk and is still a beautiful park setting with european type shops on 3 separate shopping plazas, 2 beautiful parks to attract vistiors and a ballroom. We will work on a commission basis for the best merchants and will negotiate rates if you require a large number of prims. Come see Janelle Taurog and we will build to suit if our 10x10 shops are too small for you. We only have 1 or 2 spaces remaining. Some of our prime tenants include Thera Taurog, Rett Gentil and others. We also have En Garde on the sim with boating and more. Traffic is currently averaging 5000 daily and growing fast. Get in while you can! We are seeking in particular lingerie, high fashion, bridal and fantasy type clients. We have some medieval and clients on the sim and thus have a diverse clientele.
