Selling cheap as i moved and would just like to get the money back i paid for it, 163840L, Only 10L a sq meter this is the cheapest qtr sim going at the moment, it's on a newer class 5 sim mainland that gets plenty of traffic and only 2 neighbors on the sim. would be perfect for shops or a sky build. willing to chat about making a deal to get the sale done quicker.
