I love this land so much, but sadly I have to sell due to RL issues. It's on the water, and the terrain can be modified. I was currently in the process of putting up a new home. I would straight the land back out to it's normal state before the sale. I am asking $105,000L for the land. At $7000L per 1024sqm this is a steal! There will still be tier feels.
