The New Realm of VINDICO (The Avenged Lands) will be opening soon and we have a fantastic opportunity for Elves and Dwarves in this great new Epic Adventure Land! If you take your Medieval/Fantasy Role Playing seriously and have been waiting for something great that crosses AD&D with Lord or the Rings and MORE, read on!
1) ROLEPLAYERS: We are seeking Elves and Dwarves interested in being players in this new Medieval/Fantasy RP Realm. Come and go as you want and partake in the daily routine and/or the events and tournaments.
2) RESIDENTS: We are currently seeking Elves and Dwarves for the two large counties to consider residing in them. Space is limited and rents will be more than fair! None of this L$4 to L$6 per prim rental rates! This is a FAIR REALM with those willing to support the realm getting the fair rental rate they deserve for doing so. Rents will vary based on county and your building, but generally between L$2 and L$3 Per Prim! One county will be all Elves (Half-Elves accepted) and the other a Dwarven County.
3) CLAN LEADERS: Clan Leaders will be granted (NOT SOLD!) Land by the Human King; you ONLY pay Tier (BELOW what you would pay LL directly if you bought the sim yourself!) on the county you oversee. By overseeing the county, you also become a Duke or Duchess of the Realm and your Clan/County is represented by YOU as a Council Member of the Grand Council where you get a say and a vote in ALL Activities within the entire realm.
You can use this land to Put your own dwelling and keep it all to yourself, OR you can have theme related rental properties to increase the population of your clan. The land will be yours to do as you please within the guidelines of the Medieval/Fantasy RP Realm.
Elvish lands are slightly smaller than the Dwarvish lands. Elvish Lands will be 1/8th of a sim or slightly larger (Approximately 8,704 Sqm – 1,750 prims). These lands are bare at the moment and can be forested, landscaped, and waterways added as you see fit. Purchase Price: FREE! Granted You By The King! Monthly Tier: L$7,770 (Unheard of Low Price!)
Dwarvish Land is over 1/8th of a Sim (Approximately 9,216 Sqm – 1,850 prims) and has large sculpted Mountains and Caves perfect for the Dwarvish way of life and PLENTY of land left over for forests, more mountains or rental property (within theme).
