that is a 24,576 area with a few prim squares elsewhere total out at 24,688
The whole one side is a linden protect. I paid 52k for a 4096 last summer when the sims were just new out. just to give you what I paid for it figure. Some was even more. Some, a few 512s were 11k for a 512, and I think two 512s were 5300. so with that in mind you know your figures.
