I've spent countless hours, visited countless parcels, but am finding it very hard to find a piece of land the fits my needs. If you have one to sell, or know of one, or know of a better way to search for one please let me know. MANY thanks! This will be for a club, so it's preferred if another one isn't in the same area...

- On a street would be nice, but not required...
Looking for something in the $100,000 range... $12 per sq meter...
