This is about jointly buying and administrating a private used full SIM, commercial, Mature-rated, with me an another person. That other person and the SIM are known. Prices are approximative because I am still waiting for the purchase details this week-end - I am basing my calculations on the common used SIM price on the market, is to say 600$US, and I am working towards that price too. Administration is cooperative: estate privileges granted, and contributing to the SIM's good going is required (like watching everyone's script usage). We will go through ticket submitting for the purchase.
The remaining 3/4 of the SIM is two business. One is a 1/2 SIM themed mall, currently 43% occupied and having 2500~3500 traffic, and the other is a 1/4 SIM shop, currently 24% occupied and having ~400 traffic. Both business run no bots, no camping, and you are required to follow the same rules too. It's definately a good opportunity if you are looking to expand your store.
