I have a 1/4 sim opened for residental (or commercial) use. The sim is very quiet. You have full use of the land and are welcome to put a security orb up if using for residential.

The price is only $65 a month (which is L$17,800) for 3,515 prims. If using this plot for residental we offer a L$3K credit towards the purchase of a new home for the land.

This land is on the sim: EXISTENCE at 188,200,23. It is the vacant corner plot surrounded by mountains.
