Southern California Shores is a new development of low density residential island rentals for those that like some space between themselves and their neighbours. Each of our sims has a maximum of three or four rental plots with the majority of the sim dedicated to community water, allowing plenty of space for boating etc.
We currently have two plots available on Anacapa Island. Each plot is 4592m2 with 1048 prims and costs 2450L$ per week (1L$ to buy the land). Each plot comes with a house and some basic landscaping (trees, a boat dock etc) that you can use or return and use your own.
