Land for sale at Prize Oasis. Great location. Surrounded by pleasant builds. Fairly strict covenant, but I see this has a good thing. No chance of any ghastly Adfarms etc

Its on a Prize Pyle sim, very trustworthy, and easy guy to talk too. So help is never far. I've not noticed a huge amount of lag, since I've been here. A little sad to be leaving but times change, people move on... But, I've never regretted owning land here. :)
