Selling residential rental sims business

Island chain of 5 Master designed residential sims with void sims water are now available.
Designed and built by Leyla Firefly, these sims are fully terraformed, with 8-10 homes on each island (1 island created in Goth style with four estates). Residential areas have public areas, all is needed is your rental system to begin your own business. Total of 6 sims (5 residences plus one set of four void sims) all are Class 4 and 5.
