I've got to tier down, and so I got two parcels of Nice Roadside mainland on a hill for sale on the old continent of Bruin.

One parcel is 704 sq/f 161 prims, already has a nice house for sale with the property, but could easily be a nice outlet for a small business. It is currently for sale for 3899L

Second parcel beside it is 2000 sq/f with 459 prims, roadside on the hill with a nice large space which is nice for a home or business. Currently for sale for 11499L

Both are set to sale and just waiting for buyers. Also have other land on the sim I'd be willing to sell or rent if you are looking for a place for a home or shop. Will build to suit.
