Class 5 sim for sale, full transfer sale, 15000 prims

Class 5 sim needs to be sold. Tenants are being moved now. You will get a full month of tier paid, regardless of sale date. Tenant sim sale notice must expire before sim sale can be finalized, which is July 29.

To repeat: 15,000 prims, full transfer sale, no tenants, full month of tier paid regardless of sale date. Class 5 sim. Transfer fee paid by seller. Tier per month is $295 USD for each sim. NEXT TIER DATE is August 13, but again you get the EQUIVALENT of a full month of tier regardless of sale date.

Payment terms: The sim is Class 5. The sim has 15000 prims. The sim will be fully transferred to you. The sims will come with the equivalent of a FULL month of paid tier, so the sale date does not matter. The sims will have the transfer fee paid for by the seller. The buyer must pay for any renaming or moving of the sims.

Tier payment example: 15 days left of paid tier on sale date, you get 50% of tier from me. 5 days left of paid tier on sale date, you get 25 days of paid tier from me. 0 days of paid tier left, and I will pay LL the full $295 for the month of tier.

Brand new, this sim cost $1675 USD. Today brand new with a full month of paid tier, it goes for $1000.

An offer to me of $700 USD will immediately be accepted, and again you will get the equivalent of a FULL month of paid tier for each sim, so the sale date does not matter. The transfer fees of $100 USD for the sim will be paid for by the seller.

The transaction will occur as fast as Linden Lab will allow it. You and I will both submit support tickets and then Linden Lab collects the transfer fees from me, and you have the sims in your ownership. Payment must be rendered to me via Paypal or in Lindens before I submit the support ticket.

Please don't insult me with "low ball" offers. You are getting a Class 5 sim with a FULL month of paid tier at a discount from the normal Linden Lab price. Any offer substantially below $700 USD will immediately be deleted from my email inbox. Please don't waste your time and mine.
