Looking to buy 4096 or less, prefer corner lots, looking for someplace with a theme or some atmostsphere to it. Prefer to have abilty to set home there. Not looking for cookie cuttter type plots. Willing to pay fair price even a bit more. Must have ability to make a group as i share land with someone else.
