Mens (Latin for Mind) is part of Estate of Mindes and is available for immediate purchase. It costs 850L$ to buy the land and then 850L$ in daily tier. You can pay just one day's tier or up to 30 days in advance. You and a friend will be made estate managers. You get all rights except deed land (because you do not get re-sell rights to the land) and request roll-back (because only estate owners can do that). The covenant is minimal and there is no rental agreement. There are two occupied openspace regions to the north and a full region for rent to the north of them.
