2048sqm is on Linden-protected oceanfront mainland and 1024sqm I purchased in the same sim to have extra prims. I'm seeing that before it's over I will need more room for my store.
The two parcels seem to be too far away to join them, so I marked the waterfront 2048sqm at the sale price and will give you the 1024sqm for free after the sale, or if you know of an easier way let me know.
The parcels are in alger and in total are by far the lowest parcels on this sim.
Total land would be 3072sqm and 703 prims for L$45,000, and that comes to less than L$15 per meter for most being linden-protected and less than what I paid for all of them combined.
