We have plot that we have set aside for club owners to rent on our SIM if they want as it is becoming increasingly hard to find land for clubs.
We are a privately held, Class-5 SIM. We have a stable tenant base and are generally very quiet. The club must be placed above cloud level, however you would receive all ownership rights with the land without the upfront cost.
We are a Mature SIM with a competent landlord, friendly estate manager and no drama. D/s and Bdsm households/clubs are welcome
