You can subdivide and build as you like. Sorry the land can not be resold, but you can rent out land to your group, build a mall, or what ever you like.
The sim is "Nova Imperia 02".
To start renting teleport over, "buy" for 98,000L to start renting & building.
You will be billed monthly 98,000L.
This could end up costing less than buying direct from linden and with out a lot of the hassels that come along with renting from linden.
