I have 3 Quarters in DRAKEAL TUI still open for rent. there is NO covenant, no rules, not limited by normal rules on my other sims and most other estate owners. you can Resell land and IF you pay the 1500L/month Fee per slot and follow the Estate Manager Guidelines you will get Estate Manager Rights to Reclaim your own land, Ban(non-renters) and edit Textures(Permission first)
Each Quarter of the sim costs: 5256L/ Week
Each Quarter Pirms are: 3746
SQ m are: 16368 sq m
SPECIAL: if you rent 1/2 the sim(or more) you get a FREE Estate manager slot as long you follow the Estate Manager Guidelines.
