The cost is 300 US dollars (aprox 80619L). This can be payed inworld or by PayPal (added processing fee).
Tier Fee per month is 90US dollars (aprox 24100L). This is payed inworld.
You can do most things an owner can but we do not allow dividing of the Openspace for sale. The whole Openspace can be sold by you at anytime.
This is great for people who have a lot to sell but don't need a whole Island and prims to do it. You can not purchase an Openspace without owning a full sim so this gives you the opportunity.
