I have 2 apartments available at the moment and 1 two story condo. They are all 350L per week with 85 prims and they are partially furnished. Right on a beautiful sandy beach. There is alot to do on the island suchs as jet ski, wind surf, terra chuting, scooters, bikes, open waters for sailing craft. There is a nice shopping mall with great vendors.
Office space for rent at 300L with 80 prim. Its a nice building right next to a pier and on the shore. Great views and a nice space for your commerical needs.
I also have some open space for rent. I have 2 islands left. The cost is 25 usd a month and you get 800 prims to work with and its a very large island all to yourself.
I have 1 piece on land left for sale. A 2048 lots with 632 prims. The tier would be $16.00 usd or 4400L per month. There is a house and some trees on the property. Its very nice.
