The SIM will be entirely yours, in your name upon transfer by Linden Lab.
Once it transfers you will be responsible to pay Linden Lab the tier of $295 on the 18 of each month.

I will give you Estate Manager rights IMMEDIATELY.
You can use the SIM IMMEDIATELY.

Price :
$600 if transfer occurs before next payment is due. (not likely)
$750 if transfer occurs after 18 December (because I will have just paid your next months tier).
I will require $150 (L$41000) deposit. THAT amount will be deducted from the final price. For example if we sell for $600 dollars you will only owe $450 on transfer. All this will be stated in the transfer tickets for both our safety. Linden Lab will deduct the final balance from your account and pay it to me when they put the sim in your name.

So you wind up getting a SIM you can use immediately and paying between 100 and 150 dollars LESS then if you bought from Linden Lab. You also will be getting close to two weeks of free usage before the next tier is due.

Who are you dealing with?
I run a thriving business with several full or nearly full sims. I have been doing this close to three years. I am simply downscaling slightly because of the workload involved in running so many sims.

Transfer process. You can read how it works here on the Second Life support page.
To find the procedure go to http://www.secondlife.com - Go to the support tab ? Go to Knowledge Base ? On the Second Life Support Center page there is a search box in the top left corner. Type in ?Private Region (Island) Transfer Process?. A list of articles will appear. Look for that article. It explains it all.
