I have one 2048 lots - 7,000L with 632 prims left. Tier is $16.00 USD or 4400L a month. It has a beautiful home and palm tree's already on it and is included in the sale of the land.
I also have three 4096 lots - 14,000L with 1265. Tier is $28.00 or 7700L a month. Nice and large for that house you've wanted to build, or one you've had your eye on. With the extra prims, this is a steel!
I'm giving a 1.35 prim bonus for the lots. Its mainly a residential area. But we also have a beautiful shopping mall, water sports like jet ski's, wind surfing and surfing soon. We have 3 great bars on the island 1) Club Cielo, a party in the sky, great atmosphere, games like zyngo and deal or decline, we hold events there and contests.
