I have only 3 lots left in this primarily commercial sim with good natural traffic. All parcels are are next to stores generating traffic.

Samoa is an established Mainland sim with Linden Roads and water access. Waterviews are protected by an established rental community and the Ross Linden Info hub. I had moved my mall and rental community to a complete sim and no longer need this land. My store however is remaining.
