All properties contain open ocean on 2 sides, and all have either a sunrise or sunset view. The properties are divided by public waterways that do not count against your prim usage and terraformed to provide the maximum amount of privacy for each parcel. In the center of the region and connected to each parcel by waterways and bridges is Foxworth Tavern, a warm cozy tavern featuring games and weekly events with live DJ’s. The tavern is for use by all residents and guests, and also does not count against your prim usage. In addition, we now have 7 Seas Fishing on the dock outside the tavern.
