Urbana Spes will become available for whole region renting from 1st July. There is a purchase price of 25000L$ (non-returnable), or you can get resell rights for an additional 200000L$. You can purchase now to reserve it, but you cannot use the region (or pay the tier box) until the current tenants' contracts complete on 30th June 2008. You plus three named deputy will be made Estate managers. There is a very limited covenant and no additional rental conditions. IM Mercia McMahon for details.
