Rare city lot for sale. It has double prims, that is you have double the number of prims that are normally alotted a 720 m2 parcel of land. I'm selling because I once again find myself in need of money. I only have 3 lots in the city left, and it really hurts to let any go. Unfortunately, it only makes sense as I never seem to have the time to work on my projects :(

I've had this land since it first went up for auction, I've paid a LOT of money in monthly charges to keep it. I think I have it priced under the going rate. Thank you for looking :)
