You are looking to rent at 1 World Christmas, where it's always Christmas, all year-round! Way down below there's a lot for you to enjoy, but this beautiful skybox cabin at 400m up can be yours in total privacy!

Price: L$700 per week
Minimum rental period: 2 weeks
Maximum rental period: unlimited
~~NO REFUNDS~~ If you rent and decide to leave, no refund of prepaid rent will be given.
Music: The land plays Chrstmasmusic 24/7/365.
Parcel rating: Mature - that means anything goes!
Fireplace is touch on/off
There is a button on a pole inside to turn snow on/off
After you pay the sign the amount equal to the time you wish to rent, please IM Alania Sands to be added to the proper group and title for rezzing objects. If you do not wear this tag when rezzing any objects, your objects will be autoreturned to you after 5 minutes.
You are allowed to rez objects anywhere within your skybox cabin space, which includes anything within the walls of the skybox, but not outside of or on top of the skybox itself. The skybox cabin has its own yard and scenery, you won't even KNOW you're in a skybox!
Please do not alter the cabin or skybox in any way or you will be ejected without your rent being refunded.
You are free to "Set Home Here" anywhere on 1 World Christmas property. If you have a partner or friend who will be sharing your cabin, the max prim count is still 150 but your friend or partner can be added to the group to rez objects. Just IM me their name.
