We Have 2 Water Lots For Sale. One Is A Larger Plot Of 2048m2 at L$29000 And The Other Is 512m2 Protected Waterland priced at L$12000 or possibility of renting. This Has Unspoilt Views As This Is Protected Waterland And Very Sought After. Both Lots Are Located In Troll Sweat So Can Be Bought Seperatly Or Together For Use Of Prims On The Same Sim. These Lots Are Sl Land So You Will Need To Have Premium Account To Purchase. We Are Only Selling Because We Have Moved To A Bigger Location For The Club. But We Have Really Enjoyed Our Time There. These Are Ideal For Residential But There Is No Covenant Provided For These Parcels So Can Be Used For Commercial Also.
