I have a couple of full prim sims that are currently 90-100% occupied up for sale to experienced estate owners only as residents are included and must be well looked after. First person to put in a ticket for $800 per sim wins them. Both have tier dates of the 22nd and are instant moneymakers ready to go for the winning bidder. These are profitiable sims that are obviously worth more than empty sims so please don't waste your time with lowball offers. I hate to see them go but RL time constraints have me scaling back my holdings a bit. IM me in world if you have questions or are ready to set up the transfers via LL.
