Hello I have a full 15000 prim sims forsale. The sim is under the old grandfathered tier and it is a CLASS 5 NOT 4. Please IM me with serious offers.

For the full sims, if you IM me with offers of just 1800 USD or below I will tell you to go and buy a sim from SL for 1000 and pay 295 a month tier for that price, so again serious offers only. I am asking 2400 USD OBO as these sims pay for themselves in less than one year. Don't IM me asking me for a bargain or to sell you it cheap because you resale sims x.x *lame*

This sim has a great name for group of roleplaying or a club. It is private and can be terraformed and changed any way you please

(Leasing option) **If you want to just own the land rights to the sims it is just 500 Linden to move on and 350 USD or 105000 Linden a month for tier. You get full about land and also estate controls.

Transfer info:
All transfer fees I will pay. You can rename the sim(s) and move them free of charge as a perk SL allows during sim transfer. If you try to rename or move the sim(s) later it cost 50 usd to rename and 150 usd to move the sim.

I do ask for a 50000 Linden deposit that is non-refundable. I have had both parties submit transfer tickets and then one cancel after a week while in the transfer que. That is time gone and more tier I must pay so again there is a 50000 Linden deposit prior to any transfer agreement.

All transfers are done through second life you do not paypal me directly we both submit tickets for transfer in SL support you must have the funds in your SL account to speed up the process. Once we both submit tickets SL then takes the money or Linden sends it to me and you get the sim(s) that way it is a safe and secure transaction for both parties.

I have bought and sold sims since 2004 and will be happy to discuss any sim questions you have. Feel free to IM me Jenna Fairplay I will not hold a sim without any deposit so to hold there is a deposit depending on how long u want me to hold the sim. Sims go fast so I will post when these are gone.
